We are committed to giving you the best service possible.
  • Full payment must be made prior to the event.
  • The customer must provide the meal/s of the operator of the equipment rented.
  • The rental services are based on “maximum rental time or (MRT)”. Please read the itemized “Maximum Rental Time” written below. The setup time is part of the MRT.
The MRT commences at the “starting time” (ST) indicated in the booking form.

The MRT includes time allocated for breaks, snack, lunch, etc…. Example: If the MRT is 8 hours
and the ST is 8:00am then 4:00pm is the 8th hour.
  • The basis for the commencement of the service is the ST in the Booking Form.
  • If the service exceeds the MRT, we will charge the customer a prorated amount rounded off to the nearest quarter of an hour.
  • If the customer wishes to continue renting the equipment after the “agreed time”, the customer must sign a new rental agreement.
